Topsider Farm is proud to host our founder, Michele Voorhees, a USDF-Certified dressage instructor and trainer. She has 30+ years of professional equine experience teaching different age groups and experience levels. Michele has a Bachelor's degree in Equine Studies with education emphasizing teaching, training, and management.

 

Her students have been successful from Training Level to F.E.I. when competing at schooling shows, Regional Finals, and even North American Young Rider Championships. Michele served as Chef de' Equipe for the USDF Region 9 Young Rider Dressage Team as well as the Region 9 JR/YR Coordinator for several years. She was honored to receive the USDF Region 9 Horseperson of the Year Award in 2004.

All lessons with Michele are private (no groups) and by appointment only. School horses are available for use. Trailer-ins are welcome with current Coggins.
