Constructed in 1991, our main barn is a pole-style barn with wooden stalls and a convertible metal exterior. Our high-traffic areas are on a concrete slab, but all of our stalls and aisleway have a leg-friendly sandy clay base.​ For convenience, our restroom, lounge, tack room, wash stalls, feed room, and stalls are all located under one roof in the main barn. While most of our stalls are 12' x 12', there are a limited number of 12' x 14' stalls available.

For clinicians, clients, and other short-term guests, our cozy guest cottage is available for reservation.

The Cottage is climate-controlled and features a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a lounge area, a private bathroom and shower, and a soft queen bed. The windows frame a picturesque view of our turnout paddocks and allow lots of natural light into the space.

Both of our 12' x 12' grooming/wash stalls feature rubber brick flooring, rubber half-walls, and elevated hoses with hot and cold water​. Fans are installed for efficient cool-down. Crossties, saddle racks, & bridle hooks are provided for convenient tacking.

Our covered arena is one of the largest in town at 20m x 60m (66' X 198'). It is a regulation dressage arena equipped with letters and lights for extended riding time.​ The footing is an improved mixture of sand, chipped rubber, and TruTex Fiber that is hydrated and groomed regularly. Double PVC rails provide structure for free-lunging or liberty sessions, and are safe for both horse and rider in the event of unanticipated collisions or dismounts.

​Much like our covered arena, our outdoor arena is a 20m x 60m (66' X 198') regulation dressage arena with letters and training rails to allow easy flow between the arena and the adjacent riding pasture.​ The grass footing is regularly maintained, and has a shallow grade to allow timely drainage as well as additional conditioning opportunities.

Safe turnout is an essential part of our care plan. Each horse is provided with a private paddock (stall board) or pasture (pasture board); in either case, our turnouts are close together to ensure a herd feeling is maintained. Our fencing is high-tensile, smooth wire electric fence, and every turnout is equipped with a water tank that is topped-off daily and cleaned weekly.

Located close to our main barn and covered arena, our 30m round pen features improved TruTex Fiber Footing and wooden rails. It is perfect for groundwork or warm-up.

At the front of our property, we have a 5-acre riding pasture with plenty of space to hand graze, exercise, or set up a small jump course.

A small trail, accessible from the riding pasture, runs along the creek through the woods on the eastern part of the property; a remnant of our cross-country course.

Jump standards and poles are available for small course set-up in the outdoor arena or riding pasture.

Free trailer parking is included with board for each client. Our trailer parking area is a well-drained decomposed granite surface that fits most normal trailer sizes, from bumper pulls to goosenecks.

Each client has a designated space in our secure tack room with saddle rack(s), bridle hooks, & floor space for any additional equipment. Our tack room is humidity-controlled and is locked when not in use.
