About Topsider Farm

Topsider Farm, established in 1991, is a full-care equestrian boarding facility specializing in concierge horse care. We are located in College Station, Texas, and are a proudly "Aggie-Owned & Operated" business - whoop!

We pride ourselves on maintaining healthy, happy horses and a positive riding atmosphere. For nearly thirty years, we have been home to horses and riders of many ages, disciplines, and skill levels in the Brazos Valley. From the enhanced footing in our covered arena to the customized feeding plans, everything about our facility is designed with your horse's safety and comfort in mind.

Our Team

K. McKenzie Mull

Owner & Manager

McKenzie grew up on a horse breeding farm in Kansas and competed in various english disciplines. She earned her undergraduate degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences and Certificate in Equine Management from Texas A&M University before completing her Master's of Science in Business at Mays Business School. She started working and boarding her horses, Dooney and Oliver, at Topsider during college and purchased the property in 2019.

Michele Voorhees

Founder & Riding Instructor

Michele Voorhees is a USDF certified dressage instructor/trainer with 30+ years of professional equine experience. She also has a Bachelor's degree in Equine Studies with education emphasizing teaching, training, and management. Read more about her accomplishments...or schedule a lesson!


Operations Manager & Pest Control Officer

Capri is an integral part of our management team, using her street smarts to keep our barn pest population low. Although formerly feral, she enjoys keeping everything running smoothly by boosting employee and client morale. She also earned the title "Dutchess of Aggieland" in Aggieland Humane Society's 2022 Purrfect Pagent for her philanthropic pursuits for homeless cats.

Courtney Danmier

Assistant Manager

Courtney has been riding and caring for horses for 13 years; her passion for horses has never stopped growing. She has had her own horses since middle school and was always responsible for their care. She spent as many hours at barns learning as much as she could and has loved every second of it! She intends to make a career out of her passion for these incredible animals as she is always learning new things about them and how to provide them the best care possible.

Jacob Tyrrell

Assistant Manager

Jacob brings his love of animals and team-first mentaility to Topsider every day. While balancing maintenance tasks around the farm and mucking stalls, he strives to learn more about the equine field! He also intends to pursue a degree in Construction Management.

Our Part-Time Staff

Barn Staff & Maintenance

Our barn is primarily staffed with hard-working students from the local colleges.
