About Topsider Farm
Topsider Farm is a proudly "Aggie-Owned & Operated" 18-acre equestrian facility located in College Station, Texas.
We've made it our mission to maintain healthy, happy horses and a peaceful, positive riding atmosphere. From the enhanced footing in our covered arena to the personalized feeding plans, our facility is designed with equine safety and comfort in mind.
Please note: we are not taking on new boarding clients or creating a waitlist at this time.
Facilities & Amenities
Constructed in 1991, our pole-style barn features 12' x 12' wooden stalls for 18 horses. Our restroom, lounge, tack room, wash stalls, feed room, and stalls are all located in the barn.
Our covered arena is a regulation dressage arena with letters and lights. The improved fiber footing is groomed regularly. The arena is fenced with PVC rails.
Located close to our main barn and covered arena, our 20m round pen features improved footing and wooden rails. It is perfect for groundwork or warm-up.
Each client has designated space in our secure, humidity-controlled tack room with saddle rack(s), bridle hooks, & floor space for any additional equipment.
The outdoor arena is a regulation dressage arena with grass footing. Letters and training rails allow easy flow between the arena and the adjacent riding pasture.
Our trailer parking area is a well-drained crushed granite surface that fits most bumper-pull or gooseneck trailers.
Grooming & Wash Stalls
Both of our 12' x 12' grooming/wash stalls feature rubber brick flooring, rubber half-walls, elevated hoses with hot and cold water, and fans.
Our 5-acre riding pasture provides space for hand grazing, exercising, or setting up a small jump course. Cavalettis, basic jump standards, and poles are available.
